The apartment at Vistamar was cozy and comfortable, with a living room that had a comfy sofa and satellite TV. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower in the bathroom. It didn't provide enough water pressure for my liking.

I loved the place. Overall, it’s enjoyable base for exploring Santa Ursula tourist places. Staff are excellent and amiable, know what the customer wants. You can use a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. There's views of Teide and ocean. It has marvellous and quiet setting to the chinese restaurant which turned out to be nice.

We had a peaceful and beautiful stay with an unforgettable view at Vistamar. Our apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. The two sitting areas outside were perfect for our daughter to run around in the well-maintained garden. The swimming pool, although located in a different complex, was perfect for our 3-year-old daughter. The cleaning service was exceptional, with our apartment cleaned every second day and towels changed. Maria, our friendly host, was always responsive and helpful, arranging pick up service from the airport and even offering a drive to the supermarket on our first day. While a car rental was necessary due to the steep road, Maria helped us arrange it for a convenient delivery to our location. we had a great family stay!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santa Ursula on the coast of Tenerife. The location was perfect for me as it was in a quiet, noise-free area away from the busy resorts. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a heated pool and plenty of parking available. It was also conveniently located close to the city center of Santa Ursula, where I found a couple of large supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants. I even discovered a nice Chinese restaurant nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the apartment being spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very attentive and provided great communication during my reservation and check-in process.

For me, this hotel was ideal.

Impressive Ocean Views: The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Orotava Valley. It felt like being on top of the world, with a front-row seat to nature's grandeur.

Weird Hot-Water System: The kitchen had a slightly unusual hot-water system, which took a bit of getting used to. However, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

I recently stayed at a cozy and spacious apartment in Santa Ursula. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. I was impressed by the fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary fruit and water on arrival. The little flowers in the bathrooms and living room were a nice touch. The communication during reservation and check-in was very effective. The panoramic views from the kitchen/dining-room and the 'salon' were breathtaking. I also enjoyed the two terraces, one with a round table and nice chairs, and the other with sunbeds. The well-kept garden around the house added to the beauty of the place.

During our stay, we were close to everything we needed – we had a supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby in a calm residential area. 🍜 We found a cozy Chinese restaurant that we really enjoyed, and it was nice to have such peace and quiet around.

Maria, our host, was super friendly and responsive to our needs, even arranging for a pick-up service from the airport and helping us rent a car. I had a great family stay and highly recommend this place.

The staff were so sick, always ready to help us out and make our stay epic. The view from our balcony was absolutely insane, like mind-blowing. We chilled by the heated pool, soaking up the sun and taking in the sick vibes. And bruh, there's this massive garden with so many flowers, it's like walking through a dream. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

If I had to mention one thing that kinda sucked for us party animals, it would be the lack of a banging nightlife nearby. We had to hit up the city center to find some proper fun.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war hell, einladend und hatte genügend Platz. Die Lage war optimal - das Stadtzentrum konnte ich zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das leckere Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
